Benjamin Moore is a name. Names/Brands are only as strong and successful as their staff and owners will allow. Which without a doubt ,this team has accomplished. Painting project are never straight forward, there are a lot of moving parts. Trial, error and constant problem solving is part of any project. The team at Benjamin Moore Kelowna has been, for the most part, my sounding board for most of these trial, error and problem solving situations. I can’t express my gratitude enough, Thank you!
In 30 years in Kelowna. This is the best most professional experience I've had. Just yesterday I ordered a couple of paints. They called me back to check if I ordered right. Jordan noticed in my purchase history that I'd never purchased this colour in egg shell texture, always semi-gloss. I'd ordered wrong and he caught it. Jordan has always been the kind of guy you hope answers the phone when you call because he's that kind of guy.
After visiting three different paint stores in Kelowna I was a little frustrated trying to match an existing stain on my house. My last stop was the Benjamin Moore Store on Springfield. Wow, what an eye opener. Met Todd Tavender, and was completely overwhelmed with his experience in the paint business. His knowledge was by far the most extensive I've ever experienced. Left a sample piece of wood to match. They called within 2 days and said it was completed. Went to pick it up and the match was identical. So thankful i met Todd the Paint Expert! From now on BM Kelowna is my go to paint store.
Fantastic Experience at Benjamin Moore Kelowna. The staff here are very knowledgeable and always available to help. no shortage of staff whether in store or on the phone. They made buying custom colored stain very convenient and helped with advice on how best to apply it. Thanks for fantastic service despite our economic environment. Very convenient pick up service too.
